Investing in the Health and Well-Being of Our Team
At Driven 4 and Tri-County Services, we believe our people are our greatest asset. That’s why we are committed to creating a workplace culture that supports the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of every employee.
Our Employee Wellness Program brings team members together through wellness challenges, health awareness initiatives, outdoor activities, and opportunities to connect beyond the workplace. Whether it’s encouraging movement through friendly competition, promoting healthier lifestyles, or supporting meaningful causes, we strive to make wellness an important part of our everyday culture.
Wellness Through Movement
We believe that healthy habits build stronger teams. Throughout the year, employees have opportunities to participate in wellness challenges designed to encourage activity, accountability, and engagement.
One of our most successful initiatives is our quarterly Step Challenge, where employees track their daily movement and compete in a fun, supportive environment. These challenges motivate participants to stay active while fostering camaraderie across departments and companies. From personal fitness milestones to impressive achievements such as one-million-step quarters, our employees continue to inspire one another through commitment and perseverance.

Taking Wellness Beyond the Workplace
Wellness isn’t confined to the office. Our Wellness Committee regularly encourages employees to step away from their desks and embrace opportunities for movement and connection.
Group walks, outdoor wellness breaks, and team outings provide opportunities to enjoy fresh air, reduce stress, recharge, and strengthen relationships with coworkers. These simple activities promote work-life balance while reinforcing the importance of both physical and mental well-being.

Promoting Health Awareness
Our commitment to wellness extends beyond fitness. Throughout the year, Driven 4 and Tri-County Services support health awareness initiatives that educate employees and encourage preventative care.
Events such as National Wear Red Day bring employees together across multiple companies to raise awareness for heart health and support organizations such as the American Heart Association. These initiatives spark meaningful conversations around healthy living and demonstrate our commitment to the well-being of our employees, their families, and the communities we serve.
Powered by Our Wellness Committee
The success of our wellness initiatives is made possible by our dedicated Wellness Committee. This employee-led team works to develop engaging programs, coordinate wellness events, recognize employee achievements, and create opportunities that make healthy choices accessible and enjoyable.
By partnering with leaders and employees across Driven 4, Tri-County Services, Tri-County Electric, Tri-County Technology, and our affiliated companies, the Wellness Committee helps foster a connected and supportive workplace culture.
