At Tri‑County Services, we believe electrical work is about more than wires, fixtures, and panels—it’s about people. That belief was front and center when our team had the opportunity to support a very special project alongside Special Spaces Cleveland.
Recently, volunteers from Special Spaces Cleveland, powered by the incredible support of Northwestern Mutual – Northern Ohio and local partners, came together to transform a bedroom for a remarkable child named Chaife. This room makeover wasn’t just about paint colors and furniture—it was about creating a space filled with comfort, strength, and hope.

A Space Designed for Strength and Healing
Chaife’s journey with Ewing’s Sarcoma has required courage far beyond what any child should have to show. This bedroom transformation was designed to give Chaife a place that reflects that bravery—a space crafted with care, imagination, and intention.
From bold colors to thoughtfully selected furnishings from Ashley, every detail was chosen to celebrate resilience and bring joy. Being part of a project like this reminds us how powerful collaboration can be when a community comes together for the right reasons.
Helping Brighten the Space—Literally
Our role in the transformation focused on making sure the room was safe, functional, and bright. One of our electricians, Vince, volunteered time and expertise to help install lighting that would complete the space and make it truly shine.
In the photos from the project, Vince can be seen carefully installing a ceiling light fixture—standing on a ladder, wiring with precision, and ensuring every detail was done right. It’s routine work for our team, but in this setting, it carried extra meaning. Proper lighting isn’t just about visibility—it helps create an environment that feels warm, welcoming, and complete.

Why Giving Back Matters to Us
At Tri‑County Services, community involvement isn’t an occasional initiative—it’s part of who we are. Whether we’re responding to emergency calls, installing generators, or volunteering our skills for projects like this, we take pride in showing up when we’re needed.
Supporting organizations like Special Spaces Cleveland allows us to use our expertise in a way that goes beyond everyday jobs. It’s a reminder that even something as simple as a light fixture can play a role in creating comfort, safety, and happiness.
Grateful to Be Part of the Beginning
We’re incredibly thankful to Special Spaces Cleveland for allowing us to be part of this transformation, and to all the volunteers and partners who made it happen. As their post beautifully said, this is just the beginning—and we’re honored to have helped brighten the way forward.
From all of us at Tri‑County Services: thank you for letting us serve our community in ways that truly matter.
